Cheese Cake
Ingredients
250 grams (8½ oz) plain biscuits
750 grams soft white cheese
4 egg yolks
1 package vanilla pudding
1 lemon peel, grated
4 egg whites
¼ cup sugar
Instructions:
Take the biscuits and arrange them in a pyrex tray 10x14 inches
(25x35 centimeters). Take the white cheese, egg yolks, pudding, and
lemon peel. Mix all the ingredients together and stir the batter.
Whip the egg whites with the sugar in a separate bowl till the batter is
stiff.
Add to the cheese batter, stirring slowly. Pour the mixture over the
biscuits.
Cover the tray and refrigerate for at least five hours.
